Hidden Gem: Duck’s Nest

After 30 minutes of walking around a local park looking for interesting things to photograph, I stumbled upon this beauty.  I can’t remember the last time I saw a nest so perfectly in place, let alone a duck’s nest! I couldn’t resist getting a closer look. Since I’m still new at taking photos, I was trying my hardest to capture the best shot.  I was pretty proud of myself for finding and focusing on the nest eggs, but the ducks surely were not!  It wasn’t long after taking this shot that I had to calmly walk away before I was attacked by a duck mob. Is it weird that I looked at the ducks and told them I didn’t want any problems? I hope no one else heard me.
