Vacation Time! Anaheim, California

Hi everyone!

I just got back from a mini-vacation in Anaheim, California and boy, am I feeling refreshed.

I learned a few years back that small breaks throughout the year are always necessary and will help rejuvenate you back to the daily grind.

Here are some photos from my trip.

Anaheim 8
After flying in to Los Angeles, I had to go to the famous Roscoe’s Chicken’n Waffles.  I mean, it’s a staple! And yes, it was everything my taste buds dreamed of.
Anaheim 6
I couldn’t leave Anaheim without stopping by ANYTHING that had to do with Disney! I’m actually a Disney fanatic and always have been. I didn’t have enough time in my schedule to go to Disneyland, but Downtown Disney gave me the fix I needed.

A little more Disney.  The kid in me was fascinated by Beauty and the Beast made out of Leggos! Everyone around was trying to convince me that it wasn’t fully made out of Leggos, but they obviously don’t believe in the magic of Disney…

Anaheim 7
We found this quaint breakfast place that had been around for decades.  The line to get in was wrapped around the building.  It was well worth it, because the food was delicious.  (You should know that my vacations are centered around good food. Don’t judge me!)
Anaheim 1
This is me trying to get the hair right for the perfect pose.  That California sun was beaming right on me.
