I went to sleep last night burdened by all the things I need to start and finish this week, this quarter, and this year. I was quickly overwhelmed. But when I woke up this morning, God put this scripture on my heart. In week 2 of this new year, I'm reminded that as children of God, we NEVER have to wonder. He promises that He is with us, He is for us, and He will forever guide us. When we call, He will surely answer. So, we don't have to have it figured out because the God of creation already has.

This thought has been sitting with me all morning. If we want to see fulfillment in life, we have to evaluate what we're spending our energy on and why. All of a sudden, some of the things on that to-do list don't seem so important after all! #livelifeonpurpose
